Adventure Time - Ocarina is the 12th episode of Adventure Time season 6.
In this Adventure Time episode, Jake begins to irritate his business-savy son Kim Kil Whan with his childish antics after Finn and Jake arrive to the birthday party of Jake's children 3 hours late. Fed up, Whan purchases the deed to Finn and Jake's treehouse from Marceline and promptly rents out the treehouse to multiple tenants. After several days of dealing with Whan as the landlord, Jake becomes convinced that Whan simply wants to be noticed by his father. As result, Jake hand-crafts an ocarina for Whan, using it as collateral for the deed to the treehouse. Whan later meets with his wife and reveals that the real reason he bought the treehouse was to try and force Jake to become a productive and responsible person. Although his plan failed, Whan finally realizes the true nature of his father.
